7-year-old Ansu loves to practice writing

This special first grader loves to draw and practice her handwriting when she has time at our Leo’s Kids B-Flats near Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital.

Ansu is a smart and calm young girl who is being treated for bone cancer and has to go to the hospital regularly for her active treatment for the cancer, but also for an infection that makes her not feel very well right now.

While Ansu is at the hospital she enjoys watching cartoons, but she is always happy to get back to the Flats to practice her writing.

She also loves eating momo (dumplings) and chow mein and the color pink.
