One of the most amazing parts of this journey is the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people who are joining with us to help Leo’s Kids and their families. We recently heard from an incredible group of people from an orphanage near Swayambunath who showed up to help some of our Leo’s Kids with a cash donation, two brand new carom boards, and coloring books among other things.
Tsering from the SOH Student Club found the Leonardo Edward Shrestha Foundation from watching Harald Baldr’s first video with Sunil and it moved him so much that he decided to contact Sunil to see if the club could do something for the foundation.
This group of people from the club grew up in an orphanage and started contributing back to the orphanage once they started working so they could help the other children.
It is such a blessing for our Leo’s Kids and a great encouragement to us in these past 3 months to see the incredible people and communities joining our efforts to help children with cancer in Nepal.
