The Reality of Childhood Cancer in Nepal: When the Unthinkable Happens

This February 2021 documentary lets you experience first hand what challenges children and families in Nepal face when they receive a diagnosis of childhood cancer. Meet some of our “Leo’s Kids” and their families whom we have been able to support through the Leonardo Edward Shrestha Foundation. Hear from the doctors and others working every day to save these children. This documentary is meant to help educate and raise awareness of childhood cancer in Nepal so we can help families recognize the symptoms earlier, improve survival rates, and help them know that we are here to help them through this crisis with hope.
