Ishwor exceeds all expectations at school

👋Ishwor, our first Leo’s Kid, and his grandfather came to visit on Saturday. Ishwor graduated from active treatment for brain cancer last September and we were thrilled to get a good update from him.

✏️Ishwor had to stop school when he was diagnosed so he was in grade 6 when he started back to school after treatment was over. This 15-year-old young man did so well in school that he came second in his class and was advanced from 6th to 8th grade. He plans to complete grade 8 and advance to 10th next year to again join the classmates his age.

🔬He is learning English well, has made new friends, and enjoys playing football ⚽️ with friends near his house.

⚕️For now he take classes online due to covid and continues to recover well after treatment. His grandfather says his health is improving and quite good now.
