16-year-old Nikita is continuing with her active treatment for blood cancer at Civil Hospital. Due to treatment she often struggles with losing her appetite and endures body pain.
Nikita came to us as our 54th Leo’s Kid and due to frequent injections she finds it hard to sleep at night due to pain in her hand. Now Nikita is in her last treatment cycle. After her medical reports come back the next step of her treatment will be determined.
Despite all this, Nikita has incredibly positive and happy energy. She misses her friends back home and often contacts them via social media. She can’t wait to go home and continue her education.
