From Cancer Treatment to Clear Scans: The 598 Days of Courage at Leos Kids B-Flat Where Mohini Found Strength and Support

🎗️It has been 600 days since Mohini first arrived at Leos Kids, and we were able to provide her and her family with the support they needed. Mohini bravely fought through her cancer treatment and radiation with the help of her parents, uncles, and aunts, and celebrated two of her birthdays while staying in Leo’s Kids B-Flat. The great news is that last month, Mohini received clear results on her scans!

👶But that’s not the end of the story. We have an amazing story to share about Mohini and her family. When Mohini’s mother gave birth to her new baby last year, she requested to stay at Leos Kids B-Flat. After consulting with doctors from the cancer hospital and the Obstetricians from Birth center, we all agreed it was in their best interest for Mohini to be with her mom. So Mohini’s mother stayed at the Leos Kids B-flat and brought her baby there after giving birth at the birth center, while Mohini continued her treatment. With her newly born sister Maya Kurmi by her side, Mohini was able to complete her treatment with strength and positivity.

❤️Now, Mohini’s mom, dad, and sister have all returned home, healthy and happy. We are thrilled to have been a part of Mohini’s journey and appreciate your support in making stories like hers possible.
