Ishwor Chalise – 130

Meet our 130th newest Leo’s Kid, Ishwor Chalise!

👦🏻6-year-old Ishwor is from Surkhet, which is located in the Mid-Western Development Region of Nepal. Ishwor is an only child, and his parents work as farmers to make a living.

🎗️About a month and a half ago, Ishwor developed a fever, and his parents took him to a nearby hospital. However, the hospital determined that Ishwor required specialized care and referred him to Kanti Children’s Hospital, where he was diagnosed with Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia.

💝In April, Ishwor started his active treatment, and he has already completed three rounds of treatment. According to Ishwor’s father, the medical team estimates that he will need to remain at the hospital for another 11 months to complete his treatment. After undergoing treatment, Ishwor experienced some body pain, but his appetite has been good.

🏡Currently, Ishwor and his parents are staying at Leo’s Kid K-Flat. Ishwor enjoys playing football and Carrom Board. In his hometown, he was a dedicated student who attended second grade.
