Meet our 307th Leo’s Kid, Jyoti Kumari Yadav!
We are so happy to welcome 14-year-old Jyoti Kumari Yadav from Mathiyani-2, Mahotari, as our 307th Leo’s Kid! This brave young girl has been diagnosed with B-ALL (Blood cancer) and is currently receiving treatment at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital.
Jyoti is now staying at our C-Flat, providing a safe and supportive environment for her and her family during this challenging time. Her father, Phool Babu Yadav, works as a farmer, and her mother, Ranju Kumari Yadav, is a housewife. She also has two siblings back home.
Her journey began with a fever that lasted for nearly 15 days. She was initially taken to Janakpur Anchal Hospital, where doctors detected low blood levels and suspected blood cancer. She was then referred to Bharatpur Cancer Hospital for further confirmation, where her diagnosis was confirmed and her treatment is now ongoing.
