We’re overjoyed to share the heartwarming news that our 217th Leo’s Kid, 9-year-old Khemraj Budamagar, has successfully completed his active treatment for Blood Cancer and is now entering the maintenance phase! Khemraj is the 152nd Leo’s Kid to survive cancer!
After 177 days of dedicated care and unwavering strength, Khemraj is finally heading home. Khemraj received his treatment at Patan Hospital, Patan Academy of Health Sciences. During these challenging 177 days, Khemraj and his family stayed at Leo’s Kid P-Flat, which became their home away from home.
His parents, Bedman Budamagar (who works as a labourer) and Sangita Budamagar, have been a pillar of strength, providing immense love and courage throughout Khemraj’s journey. Their dedication, along with Khemraj’s incredible resilience, has brought them to this significant milestone.
We are incredibly proud of Khemraj and his family and wish him all the best on his continued path to full recovery!
