Meet our 311st newest Leo’s Kid, Ridam Thapa!
We are so honored to welcome 6-year-old Ridam Thapa from Nijgadh, Ratanpur as our 311st Leo’s Kid! This brave little boy has been diagnosed with blood cancer and is currently receiving treatment at Kanti Children’s Hospital.
Ridam is now staying comfortably at our K-Flat, providing a safe and supportive home away from home for him and his family while he focuses on getting well. His father, Dipesh Thapa, works hard in farming, and his mother, Sabitri Thapa, is a dedicated housewife. Ridam also has one sibling.
Before his diagnosis, he was a student in SKG at Shree Ratanpur Public Boarding School. His favorite hobby is solving puzzles, and we can already see his sharp and resilient spirit shining through!
Ridam’s journey began with the sudden onset of a stomach ache and fever, and he subsequently developed leg pain. He was initially managed at Birgunj Hospital before being referred to a teaching hospital for further evaluation. Today, he is undergoing his treatment at Kanti Children’s Hospital.
