Meet our 318th Leo’s Kid, Philip Adhikari!
We are honored to welcome 18-year-old Philip Adhikari from Besishahar, Lamjung, as our 318th Leo’s Kid! This resilient young man has been diagnosed with Blood Cancer and is currently receiving treatment at Patan Hospital.
Philip is now staying at our P-Flat, where he and his family have a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment during his medical journey. Philip’s father, Khadga Bahadur Adhikari, and his mother, Tulsi Adhikari, are standing by his side through this challenging time.
His journey began when he suddenly developed a fever, tonsillitis, and leg paralysis. Seeking answers, his family first took him to Lamjung Community Hospital. From there, he was referred to Bharatpur Cancer Hospital, followed by Kathmandu Teaching Hospital, before finally being transferred to Patan Hospital to continue his care.
Before his diagnosis, Philip was a dedicated Grade 12 student at Jan bikash school, and he has a deep passion for playing football. We are inspired by his strength and are fully committed to supporting Philip and his family every step of the way.
