Meet our 340th Leo’s Kid, Aashika Pasman!
We are so happy to welcome 1-year-old Aashika Pasman from Siraha as our 340th Leo’s Kid! This brave little girl has been diagnosed with a Right Wing Tumor and is currently receiving treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital.
Aashika is now staying in one of our comfortable apartments at B-Flat (Sunayana Limbu room), providing a safe and supportive environment for her and her family during this challenging time. Her father, Manoj Pasman, works as school staff, and her mother, Mina Pasman, is a housewife.
Before her diagnosis, the family noticed a tightness or a lump-like feeling around Aashika’s abdomen. Her father took her to Kanti Children’s Hospital for a medical tests, which eventually led to a referral to Teaching Hospital for surgery. After the operation, and several medical tests confirmed the presence of cancer, and she was referred to Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital for further treatment. Despite these challenges, we know Aashika’s spirit will shine bright, as her favorite thing to do is play with her toys!
Let’s surround Aashika and her family with love and support as they navigate this journey with Team Leo’s Kids.
