Anjali Thapa – 85

👋 Meet our 85th newest Leo’s Kid, Anjali Thapa!

👧🏻 Anjali is a 12-year-old girl from Syangja, Western Development Region of Nepal. She received a diagnosis of blood cancer just 2 month ago.

💕 Almost 8 months ago this precious young girl had a swollen hand which used to hurt a lot. Her family tried lots of home remedies as well as took her to several hospitals. Soon Anjali started to have back pain too.

🌹 Anjali was brought to the National Trauma Center where she had hand surgery. After going to lots of hospitals, she was finally diagnosed with blood cancer at Teaching Hospital. This hospital referred her to Kanti Children’s Hospital for cancer treatment.

🏡 It’s been a week since Anjali has been staying with her mother at our Leo’s Kids K-Flats. During her stay at K-Flats she usually spends her time reading books and drawing pictures. Her mom said back home Anjali was going to school and she was a very bright student.
