Our talented 38th Leo’s Kid, Ansu Shrestha, just completed a round of treatment for bone cancer and will face a series of tests on Wednesday.
When Ansu first came to us a year ago her mom had to carry her everywhere because she was so ill. Now she’s able to walk and move around on her own.
8-year-old Ansu still need somewhat frequent blood transfusions since treatment is hard on her blood production.
Ansu continues to love drawing, watching shows on a tablet, and playing with her fellow Leo’s Kids in B-Flats.
