We have the most heartwarming news to share with Team Leo’s Kids! Arish Karki, our 196th Leo’s Kid, is on the cusp of completing his cancer treatment after a remarkable journey of a year and a half.
Arish, who has been staying with his loving mother (and initially his grandmother) at our Leo’s Kids B-Flats, has shown incredible resilience and strength. A huge shoutout to the Vishnu Patel and Family whose generous sponsorship of their room provided Arish and his family with a safe, stable, and essential home environment throughout his healing process.
Arish has responded beautifully to his medical journey and is doing wonderfully. Now, the final step: Arish has one last crucial set of tests remaining. If the results confirm what we all hope for, Arish will be celebrating a cancer-free diagnosis and finally returning home with his mother! 🎉
