👶🏽 Baby Surbina was just 14 months old when she was first diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a type of brain cancer. She came to Leo’s Kids B-Flats in January as our 25th Leo’s Kid and immediately won all our hearts.
🥰 This cheerful little girl is the most active kid in our Flats and makes everyone smile.
This is in spite of a difficult journey through active treatment this year which included a successful surgery in June.
🏡 For now this 2-year-old girl’s medical reports are good and Surbina and her family are ready to head home at the beginning of maintenance phase.
🎉 Since Dashain (a big festival in Nepal) is arriving they are very excited to go home and celebrate with their family.
StrongShe had quite a journey, this young baby girl, but she refused to give up.
