We first welcomed the lovely Saru Tamang Syangtan as our 45th newest Leo’s Kid in May of 2021. Since joining us, Saru has undergone hand surgery at Kist Medical Hospital as well as active treatment for cancer in her hand at Bir Hospital. Saru has now completed her active treatment and is continuing with her maintenance phase.
17-year-old Saru is really excited to go to her home at Sarlahi which lies in the central development region in Nepal. Her mom helps her with changing the he dressing on her hand after surgery. Saru will be coming to Kathmandu every month for her regular medical checkups.
Saru stayed with her mom and sister at Leo’s Kids P-Flats for only 90 days (since mid-April this year) and before that she was staying with her relatives. Saru wants to become a hiphop rapper. She spends her time making TikTok videos.
