Some of you will remember when 12-year-old Chadani was first introduced to you at the end of November. This precious girl was our first Leo’s Kid from Patan Hospital and she had been in a desperate situation for quite some time.
Since that day Chadani’s health has improved dramatically as she and her caregiver, her uncle’s wife, have had access to plenty of nutritious foods and safe housing in our Leo’s Kids P-Flats. Her aunt takes good care of her, cooks food for her, and feeds her.
Meanwhile, Chadani’s dad, brother, and her uncle are back home in the village since the farming work must continue.
We are thankful to have this encouraging news and will continue to keep you updated on Chadani, our 67th Leo’s Kid.
