Manish Thapa – 105

Meet our 105th newest Leo’s Kid, Manish Thapa!
👦🏽 Young Manish Thapa is from Sunsari in the eastern development region in Nepal. Back home Manish has one older brother and sister.
🏥 9-year-old Manish had a fever one day so his parents took him to a hospital nearby in Sunsari. Manish was said to have tuberculosis as he started to experience significant weight loss. Manish’s mom brought him to Kathmandu to Kanti Children’s Hospital where he was diagnosed with lung cancer.
🍲 Manish is now undergoing active treatment and was discharged from the hospital today after one of his treatments. According to Manish’s mom, he has been eating well and has gained some weight.
🏡 Manish joined us several weeks ago and is staying with his mom at our Leo’s Kids K-Flats near Kanti Children’s Hospital. Manish likes to spend his time playing mobile games. He used to go to school when he was back home.
