Sadikshya Tamang is our 30th Leo’s Kid to graduate from active treatment!

2-year-old Sadikshya has been released from active treatment for a type of blood cancer.

In July 2021 when Sadikshya was 1 1/2 years old she was first diagnosed and became our 56th Leo’s Kid. She had a difficult time with extended hospitalizations from October through December.

We are so happy for Sadikshya and her family including her proud big sister who loves to help Sadikshya with everything. She is an adoring big sister who likes to help feed her, plays with her, and even wipes her nose.

The reports from her doctors had indicated issues with her heart from treatment, but for now things are looking so much better. They will check her again in 3 months.

Sadikshya is a precious little girl who is blessed with a loving family who will help her keep growing stronger and healthier every day.
