Salin’s eye cancer can’t hide his irresistible charm

In a regular Leo’s Kids Care Meeting with our 60th Leo’s Kid Salin Kami’s dad, we learned that 3-year-old Salin is doing very well with his treatment for eye cancer, and he shared some funny stories about his son as well.

Salin is a playful little boy especially when he’s feeling pretty well. He and his dad stay in our Leo’s Kids K-Flats where Parvati cooks and cleans for our families. Salin asks her for two little pieces of meat while she’s finishing the cooking, then he eats some along with his meal, too!

When we brought one bike to the Flats for the bigger kids, we were still looking for a smaller one for the littler kids. Salin was too excited to wait and moaned the whole night about wanting a bike. So his daddy went and bought him a little bike!

And finally, Salin is quite the charmer. He even asked his doctor to marry him!

This fun little boy keeps his parents on their toes. We are thankful to hear of his improvement and his good appetite between treatments.
