Saru recovers well after covid

🌺 Our lovely Saru, our 45th Leo’s Kid, had her Leo’s Kids Care Meeting last week and she is continuing treatment for her hand cancer following her recovery from covid.

🏥 This bright 17-year-old young lady had been staying with her uncle and aunt who have been wonderful to her and her mom. They have reluctantly realized it would be better to move closer to her hospital, so she and her mom have moved to our Leo’s Kids Flats near Kanti Hospital in Kathmandu.

💗 Saru has a very strong spirit and we are thankful she is feeling well again after being so sick. We hope she finds the move to Leo’s Kids Flats to be a good one with a very supportive community around her.
