Welcome Our 184th Newest Leo’s Kid: Nakijan Sarki

We are honored to introduce Nakijan Sarki, our 184th Leo’s Kid. Nakijan is an 8-year-old boy from Jumla who is currently battling bone cancer. He is receiving treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital and is staying at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flat in a room sponsored by Sunayand Limbu.

Nakijan’s journey began three years ago when he sustained a wound on his right leg while playing. Over time, the wound caused swelling and difficulty walking, leading to his referral to Jumla Hospital. From there, he was sent to Kathmandu for further evaluation, and he is now undergoing treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital. Nakijan was previously studying in the 3rd grade and continues to show incredible strength and resilience.
