Biyani battles through a recent crisis

🆘 3-year-old, Biyani’s active treatment for type of kidney cancer is on hold. Recently she had Dengue fever which took a toll on her immune system as she was admitted to the hospital for the past 6 days.

🩸 Sweet Biyani’s blood counts were very low as, according to her dad, her medical team had to add 10 packets of blood to her body in those 6 days.

🍱 Since Biyani is feeling physically weak she has a hard time standing up and walking. She has lost her appetite lately as she starts crying whenever food is placed in front of her so she has lost weight.

🎗Biyani was discharged from the hospital and now is back staying with her mom and dad in our Leo’s Kids K-Flats. She first came to us in April 2022 as our 86th newest Leo’s Kid, and has been staying with us for the past 196 days. Biyani is a shy little girl who loves to play with dolls and enjoys playing alongside other Leo’s Kids.
