Meet our 312nd newest Leo’s Kid, Kritika Kumari Sah!
We are so honored to welcome 3-year-old Kritika Kumari Sah from Prasauni Rural Municipality, Bara as our 312nd Leo’s Kid! This brave little girl has been diagnosed with blood cancer and is currently receiving treatment at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital.
Kritika is now staying comfortably at our C-Flat, providing a safe and supportive home away from home for her and her family while she focuses on getting well. Her father, Santosh pd. Sah, works hard as an accountant, and her mother, Antima Kumari Sah, is a dedicated housewife. Kritika also has one sibling back home. Before her diagnosis, she was a bright young student in the PG class at Hetauda Montessori School.
Kritika’s journey began with initial symptoms of fever, followed by the development of pain in both her hands and legs. She was first evaluated at a local hospital, but when there was no clinical improvement, she was referred to India for advanced medical care. It was there that a diagnosis of cancer was confirmed, leading her to her current treatment at Bharatpur Cancer Hospital.
Despite these heavy challenges at such a young age, we know Kritika’s resilient spirit will shine bright!
