Prativa Kumari Biswas – 8

Prativa Kumari B, a 7 year old girl. Prativa is from a small village called Pokhariya Morang, which is near the border of Nepal and India. Her parents are both farmers and right now, her father is needing to work in India, so her mother remains to tend to the farm.

Prativa was first diagnosed about 5 months ago with a type of eye cancer in her right eye. At that time, she was referred to Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu where she lives nearby with her uncle and her grandmother who take care of her and bring her in for treatment.

We are grateful to each one of you who provides support as part of Team Leo’s Kids because we are able to offer Prativa’s family help by paying a portion of her living and medical costs as needed.
